Digital Product Policy

Due to the nature of digital content, all sales of ebooks on Pustak Bazaar are generally final. Once a digital file has been purchased and the download link has been made available, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges.

Exceptions

We want our readers to be satisfied. Refund requests will be considered on a case-by-case basis in the following circumstances:

• The digital file is corrupt or technically defective and cannot be opened.
• The wrong title was delivered due to a technical error on our part.
• Duplicate purchases made accidentally within a 24-hour window.

How to Request a Refund

To request a review of your purchase, please email support@pustakbazaar.com within 7 days of purchase. Please include your order number and a brief explanation of the issue.
